Wow update patch is live moments after the last tweet, thanks #GooglePlay!

Updates:
- You can now choose the starting level
- banners will no longer block the UI, hopefully

The upcoming patch for Pixel Fill will fix the bug that the ads banner blocking the UI buttons for some devices (Sorry guys, that is not intended!)

Awaiting #GooglePlay to review the update patch...The review process is extra long these days, so hopefully it's live soon!
