The College Contractual lecturers has unanimously launched a 3 day pen-down strike from 07-04-2025 to 09-04-2025, followed by an indefinite pen-down strike until our genuine demands are full filled.

We, the College contractual assistant professors request the administration to enhance our salary as per UGC norms.Our counterparts in Ladakh UT are getting Rs. 57700 / month, while we are only receiving Rs.28000/ month.
