Turns out the 1981 "Vote by Mail" violates the Oregon Constitution. Unmanned Drop-boxes are NOT"Vote by Mail". The unconstitutional creep begun in 1981 appears to have never been challenged in court. People obeying laws that are unconstitutional.

Every election more and more unconstitutional including in 2024 Multnomah County Elections took drop-box ballots to a secret location first before delivering them to the elections office and refused for us observers to go there to observe.

I asked director Tim Scott to put cameras at the drop-boxes. He refused. I asked Tim to put on the audio so we could "hear" how "signature verification" and "Adjudication" decisions are made. Tim refused.

I asked to take the signature verification and adjudication training given to election workers. Both, Tim Scott and @ORSecretaryRead are silent on that after Tim first emailing me he was looking into it.

I asked Tim and Tobias both to mail the Voter Pamphlet to all voters as required by law. Tobias just got $1.25 million and both are refusing for every voter in Multnomah County to get a voter pamphlet. Every election as many as 229,000 do not get one.

Candidates and measure campaigns pay money to be in the voter pamphlet believing it goes to all voters. IT DOES NOT!

I've repeatedly asked for the list of IT personnel involved in our elections. Tobias has not released the public record to me; it's now been months. Steve Trout on leaving in 2020 specially cited concerns with the "IT Security personnel".

Now ballots are opened as they arrive before election day. There are no 24-hour election observers who can stay for over 30 days, day and night to "observe".

The circumstantial evidence has piled up.

Why did it get to this? Public school indoctrination taught us to obey all authority without questioning.

The Constitution gets undermined with a "state" law (ORS) that gets undermined with "regulations" (OAR) that gets undermined with "policy" that gets undermined with "well, that's my decision".

Follow the Oregon Constitution. In-person, in-precinct voting where the voter resides.

Which beats people getting in their cars driving to drop-boxes and waiting in line there. THAT is not "vote by mail".

The last two in-precinct votings I did was one time the voting place was a block from my home at a school, and the last time was a community center close to my home.

Make the Election Day a Holiday. It ain't rocket science.

First off, the pneumonic plague is the lung form of infection with Yersinia pestis, the same bacterium as bubonic plague

This exact thing they’re claiming could be happening in Russia already happened in Colorado, ‘The Colorado outbreak’ in 2014 it was even published by the CDC in 2015

Here’s what happened

- A pet owner had a very sick dog who was throwing up a lot of blood, so took him to the veterinary clinic
- The dog was throwing up a lot of blood, so veterinary staff came in contact with the sick dog
- Eventually, the owner developed a fever and cough and has to be hospitalized
- Then the of the veterinary workers also start to develop symptoms
- Everyone received proper medical treatment, after a long stay in the hospital, that initial patient was discharged from the hospital

A lot of people had exposure to either the dog or the initial patients. The CDC had to notify 114 people

So basically a puppy caused a pneumonic plague outbreak here in the United States but it was easily handled with medical treatment and absolutely no panic happened or was necessary

This might be the most insane story you'll read this week. Washington is investigating a Seattle woman who volunteers her own time and money to clean up the homeless trash from public parks!!!

In July the state Department of Labor and Industries opened a case marked serious. The allegation was improper handling of hypodermic needles and fentanyl foil.

Andrea Suarez got the notice at We Heart Seattle, the group she started with $25,000 of her own money. She is its only direct employee.

Families buying a car lose the loan-interest deduction. Small businesses lose the stock exclusion.

Shops, farms, and mills can’t fully write off new equipment the year they buy it.

They called it “protecting services.”

It’s a state tax hike on the people who actually work here, after a referendum drive to send it to voters ran out of time.

Tonight’s debate in Eugene wasn’t complicated. One candidate spent the night defending a record of results that haven’t shown up for regular people. The other spent it putting the failures on the table and refusing to let them get blamed on Washington.
Look at the facts that actually matter to Oregonians

• Education funding went up. Reading scores didn’t. When pressed on why more money produced worse results, the sitting governor pivoted. Christine Drazan didn’t. She tied it straight to lowered standards, longer lockdowns, and a lack of accountability under the current leadership.

• Homelessness and housing remain crises. Affordability is crushing families. The governor’s answer leaned on process and federal excuses. Drazan kept the focus on Oregon’s own choices permitting, regulation, treatment, and results instead of endless spending with the same outcomes.

• Broad numbers show most Oregonians think the state is headed in the wrong direction. Approval for the incumbent sits underwater. That isn’t “national politics.” That’s the scoreboard after years in charge.

Tina Kotek’s strategy was clear, make this about Trump and the federal government as often as possible. That’s a deflection. Oregon’s schools, streets, costs, and housing are run from Salem. Pointing south every time the results disappoint is not leadership, it’s avoidance.
Christine Drazan showed up ready to own the problems as Oregon’s problems. She argued for change on costs, housing supply, education standards, and government accountability. On the issues that hit Oregonians in the wallet and the neighborhood every single day, she was sharper, more direct, and more focused on fixing what is broken here.
Oregon doesn’t need another term of the same results dressed up as progress. It needs someone who treats the failures as failures and puts results for Oregonians first.

🚨#BREAKING: A Black female caregiver has now been ARRESTED after a daughter drove HUNDREDS of miles to check on her sick 75-year-old father... only to find the locks changed and a Ring camera on his door.

When she climbed through a window to reach her own dad, SHE got arrested for trespassing.

Then she was told, THROUGH THE DOORBELL, that he was no longer alive and that the NURSE who "took care of him" actually now OWNED HER DAD'S HOUSE.

This happened in Conway, South Carolina, and it will make your blood boil.

Her name is Nora Rowland.

His name was Robert Rowland. His friends called him Bob. He was 75, living in Conway, with Parkinson's and a brain injury. Classified by the state as a vulnerable adult.

His daughter Nora is a daddy's girl. They FaceTimed every week.

In March 2024, a caregiver named Sarah Smalls started coming to the house through Griswold Home Care.

Within WEEKS, Bob was moved into a senior living facility.

By April, Smalls had power of attorney.

On April 17th, a quitclaim deed transferred Bob's home to Smalls.

...for FIVE DOLLARS!!!!!!!!

The notary on the deed? Her SISTER.

Then, police say, she started draining his accounts.

More than $17,000 in cash withdrawals. Transfers to her Cash App.

Money kept moving even after he was NO LONGER LIVING!!!!!!!

In May, she allegedly lied on federal housing forms, swearing she had no assets, no real estate, no cash... while sitting on a FREE HOUSE!!!!!!

Nora stopped hearing from her dad.

Father's Day came and went. Silence.

So she got in the car and drove from Maryland.

New locks on the front door. A Ring camera that hadn't been there before.

She pressed the button. Smalls answered through the speaker.

"This isn't the way that I wanted to tell you, but your dad is de*d, and there's a bunch of other stuff I have to tell you too. Just wait there."

Nora climbed through the emergency window.

Her dad's house was gone.

Photos of strangers on the walls. Rooms painted highlighter orange. A whole new family moved in.

Then Smalls came home and called the police.

Monday, Conway police finally arrested Smalls.

Breach of trust.
Perjury.
Exploitation of a vulnerable adult.

Tuesday, a judge set bond: $20,000, $20,000, and $5,000.

She posted it and walked out that afternoon

Her first court date is December 11th.
She's home free until then.

Nora is STILL in civil court fighting to get her father's house back.

The deed is still in the caretakers name...
