I am a Youtuber who got 12M views, 170k on his channel EatTheBlocks.

Getting good video ideas has been the most important factor in my success.

My most reliable source of good ideas was my competitors: every week, I check out what my competitors are doing, and what is working.

But the monitoring process is very tedious

I built a tool to automate the process, for myself. Then I decided to make the tool available to others. This is ViralOutlier.

Related idea: Youtube channels to analyse startups listed on (Flippa / EmpireFlippers, TrustMRR...)

The big platforms already do this on their own Youtube channel, but there is still some space for independent creators.

In terms of audience, it's a subniche of Finance, but very niche, so low view but extremely high $ / view.

I could be interested myself to do this / and / or help other creators do it...

ChatGPT / Claude are great for finding interesting patterns on your Youtube channel.

But it's annoying to constantly export analytics data from your Analytics dashboard and paste it into ChatGPT / Claude.

You tend to do this export only once, and it goes stale quickly, and it's just a small subset of the available data.

What if you could have your whole Youtube data automatically injected in chatGPT / Claude, and constantly kept up-to-date?

I am building this integration, as a product that everybody can use.

And it's gonna be FREE.

For the v1, I will focus on the integration with Claude Code.

With this, you can turn Claude Code into your personal Youtube coach.

Its answers will be data-backed,specifically tailored to your channel. Not some general platitudes that don't apply to your niche.

Update: my project ViralOutlier (1of10 clone / Tracks viral videos on Youtube) didnt go anywhere. I just had 1 paid user, after several month.

I barely did any marketing, so it's not very surprising.

I haven't completely given up on this idea, but in the meantime I had another, more innovative idea of a Youtube tool.

I will make ViralOutlier free, and focus on another project (more details in next tweet)
