“Would you like me to call the deli manager?” No. You can tell him. He should be working on tenders, not hiding from them.

@Publix @PublixHelps Can we have an honest dialogue about self checkout. The company line is that it’s “customer driven”. Why are there SIX self checkouts and ONE cashier checkout and ZERO express lane check out?
