Lawyer Thought: Section 219 and the related sections of the NDAA literary have the capacity to mandate treason under the law.

At this moment Israel is officially considered an ally. That’s now.

If Israel should ever become an enemy this law would mandate giving comfort and aid to an enemy… the constitutional definition of treason.

It would also restrict the President’s capacity to lead in foreign policy substantially.

Further, the Constitution explicitly grants certain authorities to OUR federal officials. It seems a stretch to think our founding fathers would be okay delegating military authority to a foreign power… any foreign power.

The Israel/US military merger appears to be wildly unconstitutional. It is one of the most visible demonstrations yet that our government serves only special interests and not the American people.

BREAKING: Iran sent a private message to JD Vance during Switzerland talks, warning that Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff were "abusing" negotiations — more interested in profiting from insider knowledge than reaching a deal, per Drop Site News.

Iran calculated $9 billion in profits from market manipulation by "individuals close to Trump" — and formally requested $4.5 billion of that sum be allocated to Iran through intermediaries. The Iranian official added: "The exchanged texts will ultimately become part of the historical record."

Iran also raised concerns that Kushner and Witkoff "talk almost every day to Netanyahu" and the Mossad chief — feeding Israeli intelligence with inside information from the negotiations.

The Trump administration denies the claims. Iran says the evidence will be made public. If confirmed, this is one of the most significant financial scandals in modern diplomacy.

Merging our military with a foreign country is a treasonous betrayal of our sovereignty.
