On a @britishairways flight back from Portugal & as we were bundled onto a crowded bus to the back of the carpark, we passed a Jet2 plane (budget airline) with a skywalk! Boarded a very warm, rather smelly plane & found my tiny 'business class' seat looking like this. #lostmojo

On hold with #BritishAirways yet again for over an hour to fix a problem of their making. Me, my wife & two daughters (9 & 12) are flying tomorrow & they've allocated seats all separately. Told there's nothing that can be done & that my 9yr old needs to sit next to a stranger!
