Jammu and Kashmir Police Probationary Sub Inspectors and JE (Civil) aspirants are suffering due to excessive delay in the declaration of their results by @jkssbofficial.

Their tests were held in December 2022 after scrapping earlier ones for valid reasons.

According to the candidates, JKHC ordered declaration of results within 20 days on 31 August 2023 but even after 27 days these results have not been declared, thus adding to the mental stress of the aspirants.

The physical test is the next stage of JKPSI recruitment, which is yet to be conducted. As winter approaches, concerned authorities must declare the results to put an end to the perpetual suffering of thousands of the candidates.

The judgment by HC has shattered the misconception of people who were looking for another chance. This verdict is an eye-opener of how things are manipulated & misrepresented on social media, but when scrutinized by the judiciary on merits, they fall flat & the lies get exposed.

What I had tweeted on August 25th, this judgment aligns with that on various levels.
"The mandate of the Board must be respected rather than dragging everything to the Court." I hope this vicious cycle of petitions ends here and the recruitments move in a smooth & timely way.
