@ValueCityFurn Also the leather recliner is scratched and discolored. I am really not happy with our puchase and I’d like someone to contact me immediately to resolve these issues.

@ValueCityFurn Then there is no one that seems to know when we will receive the missing loveseat. Waited on hold to speak with a live person for over 4 hours. Literally the worse shopping experience ever.

@ValueCityFurn The worst part is your company provided no advanced notification that part of our order would not be delivered. The delivery guys just showed up one piece short.
