I was above in a 172 for IFR practice. ATC: "Just some private pilots having fun." More likely ultralights.

@labicicletanet If his right ankle were to brush against the chain on the upstroke, the chain-gear combination would eat a bite of the sock and carry it around the gear, maybe spitting it out at the bottom. Similar to many bicycles with more clearance eating bits off the bottom of dress pants.

@esrtweet @StephenFleming True. Worst problem with blue: overall 10% of cones are blue, so far apart compared to red and green cones, causing low spatial resolution when only blue on/off delimits the edges. As in Tesla dark mode - Hi guys, add a little red and green for legibility.

@kylecordes @CarawayDJ I softened the corners with automobile door stick-on edge guards, available at any auto parts store. Rounding the corner requires clipping 45-degree cutouts into the edge guard (wire cutter works well):

@IowaTesla Setting 30 amps in the Tesla charging screen is no inconvenience. Still get a full charge overnight, and 2/3 of the amperage draw produces 1/2 of the heat in house connections, wiring, and plug.

@UAPWixy Last I saw this video, general agreement it was a solid fuel rocket taking a few bounces and breaking up. Typical long solid rocket plume to start with, then the broken pieces are glowing: solid rocket fuel still burning.

Tesla Vehicle To Load VTL coming out of the car via the Tesla Output Adapter is 120 volts to power 120 volt circuits only at 20 amps, so may need to flip the switches every hour for which of the 8 circuits to power. Trips to supercharger for refill about once a day.

@0xKaelix @NotATeslaApp My V2L Model YP house power below. Switches up to run 2 air conditioners, or refrigerator plus microwave, etc. Cost: $1000 installed by electrician. Can run for a day or two between supercharger refills giving power for weeks. Not great but OK.

@EAA Descending blades inboard? Video strobing or really what they did to make low speed engine-out less dangerous. Wartime P-38s had both engines blades descending outboard for speed and stablility, but hard yaw if low speed engine-out risking rollover crash.

@spades_cmd @Hunter_Weiss Well, the DefendTex quad is clever: The rotors are held by ultra-thin struts that need to take mainly just compression, while super-light wires under tension take the upward force. Makes up for the smaller 4 rotors being less efficient moving air per weight than one big one.

@Mr_Jon_Bjorn Maybe the other way around. We are not moving on to v14.3.7, which is stuck despite good reviews, so ... maybe being integrated with the Spring Update, and the two together will be the big push with maybe a tweak to make it v14.3.8. I'm dreaming.

@ILikeCardano @TheYonkk I find FSD 14 lite is OK if you are ready to intervene for stupid thing, as for me it blows through a stop sign and drive up my driveway one wheel on the grass. HW4 more relaxing: few interventions, like it missing half the school zone slowdowns and hogging middle lane when slow
