@IGN The craziest launch i can remember. My buddy was friends with one of the editors of the defunct site gaming-age. They had picked up a launch console in Japan, immediately hopped on a plane to California, stayed up 2 days solid playing Mario 64 to completion.

@Pirat_Nation Same thing existed in the first game. It was coined "correlated RNG. There was a mod RNGFix to remove which became the expectation that high level players, seeking records, should play with. Surprising that it was ever a problem in StS2 when it was a well known issue for years.

@DiscussingFilm You are correct sir. 3rd acts are tough. Even the best directors have trouble with them. (looking at you Spielberg) And if you screw up the end of a series it taints the whole thing. Of course if you land it, we'll overlook the bumps along the way. (ie TNG)
