Update: My dad passed away on 3/9/24. Today we were informed his disability claim was closed upon his death. There was acknowledgment of the “screw up” and the claim should have been approved last fall. “Deny & Deter” approach. My family will not be deterred. This man had no peace in his life due to the horrors of Vietnam. Give him that peace in death. @SenJoniErnst @ChuckGrassley
