@Alan_Couzens So does lifting count in duration? I run about 8 hours/per week and the Garmin V02 is 60 at age 48. I lift 2-3 hours. Passive heat train 1 hour.
@Brady_H My current new favorite half tights. Cheap and surprisingly amazing with all the storage. No longer need a belt. Plenty stretch and unrestricted movement. I do want to try those Tracksmith ones though.. I almost got a pair during g the SMS but they disappeared quick in my size.
@tckahler@Brady_H Interesting. You took it for a long run. I didn't really consider that. I've been only using it for V02 Max/5k pace or faster repeats. I did take some before a 5k race. My legs felt relatively good which is why I'm going to give it another shot.
@Dee57xyz@taggartvanetten It connects perfectly to my Fenix 6 Sapphire. No issues at all. I just have to charge it once a week. I'm a lightweight in the overtraining space with 9-11 hours a week.
@Brady_H Yes! I'm about to start running in my 4th pair of Evo SLs and I like the Dynafish better. Lighter, more forefoot stack, and better geometry. Its so light it could be a great unplated marathon racer. Its more springy foam than bouncy.
@LouisCKfanpage The vote was geography based. If you're east side of a time zone, you love it. If you're west side, sunrise will be around 9am in the winer.
@Brady_H It took me awhile to get it figured out but the Dexcom g7 works well for me. I'm diabetic so pretty easy for me to get. Not sure a functioning pancrease can easy get one. I'm training in St Louis and its been unusually hot/humid. Plus it does well in the sauna and hot bath.
