Kailey Erhart, 22, of Mandan, North Dakota, faces murder charges after allegedly attacking her three young children with a knife on August 6, 2026.

What the hell?!

Two of the children—a 3-year-old and a 5-month-old—died from their injuries. A younger sibling survived after surgery and is expected to recover.

Court documents and police reports describe a chaotic scene in which Erhart allegedly threatened her estranged husband earlier that day, then locked herself inside with the children. Officers found her covered in blood and holding a knife. She faces multiple felony counts, including two counts of murder and one of attempted murder; bond was set at $3 million cash.

What is going on with these crazy mothers in America? Let’s not normalize this. If you suspect your spouse is unwell have a welfare check done.
