@FreedomMortgage How do I get a BK off my account with you guys? Spouse filed over a year ago, is not on the loan but in the deed. Discharge was in June 25. I have tried repeatedly to get it removed we even had the attorney send in a permission to communicate and the discharge.

@VW Please help me understand why I have a 2024 Jetta that randomly turns on the wipers throughout my daily drive. My local dealership says it needs the wiper control stalk replaced under warranty but they can’t get the part, yet I can buy the part online right now.

@MediacomSupport I get that repairs take time and understand. What is really grinding on me, is that the estimated time of repair shown on my account has changed almost everyday. If it’s going to be weeks, just say so and I can make other arrangements for a bit.
