@CoachYashinsky@CoachShiffman I had fun with that too. Finally finished uploading all film from 1985-2025 of Cambria-Friesland football back in March. On and off, took me a long time. Good luck!
@rockpoltrock@nate_albaugh Or high school gyms but have been decommission for 20 years because students would hock spit from phy-ed into it and the calcium deposit is so bad no water would come out……pretty specific example
@CoachTatum90 Or you play your homecoming game against your traditional rival, but it’s potentially the last time because you’re co-oping next year. And your admin (without consulting) plans to reveal the new logo and fight song with both bands at halftime. Won 12-0, but still the worst.
@CoachTatum90 85/15 run to pass
Combination of both. Had two stud o-linemen and a monster at running back (1830 yards), while also developing a first year starting quarterback.
@CoachSamz First year head coach, already had to experience this. Senior DB, first defensive play in first game, career ending injury. Can concur, this is 100% true.
@nate_albaugh We won our school’s only state championship primarily running “500” formation in Wisconsin (2002). Only a handful of programs still fully utilize it in Wisconsin, but almost all have had prolonged success.
@Coach_J_Ray We were luckily to have a NHS student who was looking for volunteer hours. She still plays volleyball in the fall, but is with us on Friday nights running our Endzone camera. I give her the same clothes I order for my coaches every year.
@CoachShiffman In the “old days” when I played, it was open 90 degrees with low pad level and hit the first thing you see with same shoulder as direction. We’ve adjusted it to being more of a forward angle step to get upfield. Less likely to miss target and can adjust path better.
