@NYCTBus Enter R train at Jay st at Willoughby. Then when I swipe again at SIR it shows me two transfers. Swiped about 4:25pm. Put in requests thru @mta website for 12/20 and 12/21 with no response. Who knows how many other times it happened as well that I didn't notice.
