@Delta After sitting for 5 hours on a broken down airplane on the runway (JFK -SLC) we have now spent 45 minutes on the replacement airplane waiting for food services. We also had a 2 hour wait in the airport. All the passengers were treated poorly #delta #respectshouldbeshown
