Envy creates silent enemies.
It is smart to occasionally display defects, and admit to harmless vices, in order to deflect envy and appear more human and approachable.
Only gods and the dead can seem perfect with impunity.
Samurai Miyamoto Musashi was right when he said:
1. Accept reality as it is. Then act.
2. Never chase pleasure for its own sake.
3. Want nothing so badly it owns you.
4. Regret nothing. Extract the lesson.
5. Envy no man. Study him.
Read old books. You will have centuries of genius whispering in your ear while everyone else has a feed telling them what to think. Dead kings and prophets will always beat the algorithm.
Rumi was right when he said as you start to walk the way appears. Nobody ever thought their way into a clear life. You have to move first. The answers only reveal themselves to people already in motion. Stop overthinking and start doing.
