Down 32lbs since becoming a letter carrier last year. The exercise and fresh air brought me back to how I used to be. Now I workout every day after walking 20-25kms as a career. Definitely grateful for what I have.

You see it all the time a player batting the puck down out of the air with his glove. Clearly not trying to “pass” it with his hand but knock it down but if a teammate touches it, whistle
