@DrHWoo 3 - so whilst xenophobic arguments don’t hold water at present, current hyperinflationary events do support concept that land banking was (quite wisely) being done previously (by those who could) to try to offshore their international wealth to protect against future regulation.
@DrHWoo 2- fixed firm assets such as residential property and farming land become sound entities to park one’s capital. If wealth is NOT parked, then the truly wealthy would otherwise risk significant deflation.

@jburnmurdoch US testing has plateaued at 140K/day, limiting US new cases to +30K/day additive, not a +8.6%/day exponential.
On the graph it looks like US is slowing growth in infection, which would be good news, but if its just flat-lined-testing, it isn't good news.
