It's 5 pm. Apical Periurethral tumours are hard, but PSMA PET MRI helps with an unexpected left apical periurethral tumour, probably with some mucinous component, on the contralateral side to highest biopsied grade Gleason 4+3=7 Prostate cancer (small right PIRADS 4 lesion)

@jburnmurdoch US testing has plateaued at 140K/day, limiting US new cases to +30K/day additive, not a +8.6%/day exponential.

On the graph it looks like US is slowing growth in infection, which would be good news, but if its just flat-lined-testing, it isn't good news.
