@Manukiru You get to watch yourself get crossed up, not crossed up, then crossed up again all in a half a second, it's like an instant replay so it's a feature.
@Manukiru Yeah I deal with this often too, you get excited cause their ping is like 60 or less then get your heart ripped out as you begin to play through a slideshow.
7+ years ago I never thought I'd be close enough to take even a round from a tournament player in fighting games, and now having some close games with @BananaKen in P4AU has been 1 of the most validating feelings for me. GGs bro, always a joy playing with ya!
Friendly advice to master duel players. Remember that just because a deck isn't top tier doesn't mean you shouldn't read their cards. Just had a thunder dragon titan nuke themselves cause they didn't read time thief chronocorder effect.
3-2 at LEVO for my first real fighting game tournament. IT felt like I could have done better, but I think tournament nerves really got to me. Still had a fun time, and now I know I need to practice more for the next one.
People should keep in mind that losing in fighting games is normal. It's fine not to win every match, it's fine if you get a little salty when you lose, and it's a okay to find where the chipp player lives so you can alpha blade them irl.
