@altafiber today (5/19) we lost tv, wifi and home phone. Call #1 I was told there is an outage in our area. 1 hr later 2nd call I was told a squirrel must have chewed through our cable and the rep blamed her poor attitude (and it was horrendous) on her having personal problems.
