The wild card and the real question now is…What will the regular Iranian Army do?
Will they break from the regime and IRGC and join the people! If not, it would be a disastrous civil war.
I suspect delays with the cease fire have more to do with this issue than anything else.
Negotiations are dead and pointless. The key issue now is how do you get the country under the democratic control of the people and leader Reza Pahlavi.
