You can practice social distancing on social media too. Stay away from people who are infected with negativity, a lack of generosity, an unwillingness to seek truth, etc.
Coronavirus has exposed our built-in callousness toward the elderly. "70? They had a pretty good run." But if you reach 70, your life expectancy is 85โthe difference between knowing a grandchild at 10, say, and at 25. Old years matter as much as young years. Every year matters.
Remember before social media when you had a problem with someone and you either talked and hashed it out in real life or just avoided that person and moved on? People are really out here doing the MOST hiding behind social media.
Talk to me or keep it moving. Itโs that simple.
@jsstrength I've used it three times now and the last two I used the same lady. She sent frequent updates/pics which made it so much easier to be away. My dog loves her dog, but we did do a meet and greet first just to make sure that aspect would be okay. Recommend!
You will never be criticized by someone who is doing more than you. They are too focused on their dreams and know how hard the journey is. You will only be criticized by someone who isnโt achieving their goals and is taking it out on you.
Read that twice!
@bree_mae You go girl! I want so badly to switch to morning workouts but it's sooo hard for me to switch schedules for more than a day or two. Want to be my morning accountability partner?!
This year is so exciting already. Engaged, commissioned paintings lining up, I had my first personal training session- AS THE TRAINER, and some other exciting news I'm holding off on sharing just yet. Feeling v grateful โจ
Sent out my last commissioned painting of the year this morning. It's been really cool to tap back into my love for art, to have that creative outlet, and is always such an honor when someone asks me to paint something that's special to them.
hardly anything is sweeter to me than when friends check in on me and ask how iโm genuinely doing.
people who show they care about you as a person and what youโre going through warms my heart so much
