@British_Airways I know that. My travel agent called them for several hours and then was disconnected. They didn't pick up. BA does not realize there are 20,000 people evacuated from our town of Santa Barbara and they will not provide a natural disaster waiver to change flight dates.

We need a direct supervisor from #BritishAirways phone number. We are in mandatory evacuation and our travel agent has been on hold for 7+ hours with BA. So far, BA is giving no flight changes for those with uninhabitable houses for mandatory evacuation with natural disasters.
