Tallahassee friends: Don't get a water heater through @Lowes . They use Florida Energy Water & Air as the contractor. I've had a bunch of problems with this company in our relatively short relationship. 1/x

They flaked on fixing it today (the earliest appointment they'd give me, despite the water heater, you know, leaking). When the Lowe's customer service rep helping me the emergency line (since I couldn't get anyone to call me back), the person answering blew them off. 3/x
