@sadpuppygrl2006 thank you!! my moms on abilify for bipolar and she said it works superrr well. it just increases adrenaline and i have a health condition where when i create adrenaline my nervous system signals to create mass amounts 😅😅 essentially been having non stop panic and akathesia

@amounmeows_ @bizzzarra like it honestly depends bc usually you would get on antipsychotics for that, when i need to be sedated i take benzos BUT that can backfire as they lower inhibitions and can lead to you giving into impulses. i would really recommend getting medicated w antipsychotics
