Down in southern New Mexico is a huge cavern very near the famous Carlsbad Caverns.

It's called Lechuguilla Cave.

The formations in side are simply incredible.

When I spotted this shadow inside the cave, I immediately thought of Bast, the sacred cat of the Egyptian pantheon.

Nature is SO cool!
