@easyJetholidays I wasn’t expecting much money back at all but to be told we can’t keep the room we booked and then would only get £200 back. We just wanted the person removed so we could check in. We are told that to have her removed we have to downgrade our room! Will DM

Why, if I pay over £8000 with @easyJetholidays and 1 person can’t make it. You tell us we have to downgrade our room and only give £200 back? Yet flight ticket can be resold and 1 less person using AI food & drink and you want to make money be reselling our original room!

@FirstCymru Why are you sending me a link to an app that I have already told you I am using and we have already acknowledged is utterly useless for the job it is meant to be doing??

@FirstCymru what is going on? My children have been waiting 50 minutes for a bus that is supposed to come every 20 mins. Only for me to be tracking it “live” on your app for it to say “due” and then disappear and not turn up!!! This is not the first time this has happened!

@FirstCymru Well it is not ((live)) then is it? It is a guess!! I use that service so my children are not waiting alone at bus stations for hours on end. How can you not know with some accuracy why are buses are soo late or not turning up? You should be letting people know

@FirstCymru The bus was showing life until it said due and then disappears after a 50 minute wait! It was the 110 from Gorseinon to Swansea and still no sign of the “live” 111 which was mean to turn up 8 minutes later.

@FirstCymru Not good enough, apparently buses not turning up since 2pm and my children are in there own at a bus stop to meet me. Not knowing if a bus will ever turn up!!
