Social media couldn't give direct benefits since there is no boss's approval or signature. BUT, It can help business a lot in an indirect way.
There are three famous Social media, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Facebook: Can interact with many people, including business partner. We can post each other's timeline or chat through Facebook Message.
Instagram: Can promote the company through 'business profile'. Expose your account from place to place to make your company is felt familiar.

In korean culture people only emphasize Logos but hardly concern about Pathos and Ethos. We, the GBT students, should always think about Pathos and Logos when we persuade someone. my main takeway: Ironically, Logos never be the logos without pathos and ethos.
