Nottingham Forest are considering launching a formal complaint to the Premier League over the punishment given out to Chelsea over undisclosed payments.
Chelsea were fined £10.75m and also handed a suspended transfer ban last week after reporting that £47.5m of hidden payments to agents and players were made over a seven‑year period.
Many within football regarded the punishment as being lenient, with the west London club avoiding any sporting sanction.
