@LB_877 Yeah I’m getting there. Just working through everything going on, lots going on currently and a lot next year. Just trying to focus on those things I can control and not worry about things to the point I spiral into that dark space like before.

Learning to not worry myself into depression has been tough and will always be a tough fight. Surrounding yourself with good people is a must and taking the time to take care yourself is a must. You won’t always get the win but don’t stop fighting for it.
