Weird how the people outraged by the "hounding" of Jason Arday delight in and encourage the actual hounding of the person who exposed him.
Arday was not fired from his job or denied employment opportunities. On the contrary, he was given and retained jobs for which he was not qualified and was rightly criticised for lying.
Cofnas, on the other hand, is actually being denied jobs and fired from them for bring Arday's lying to light.
The Met’s efforts to intimidate a journalist doing public interest journalism cannot simply be excused by its boss saying ‘we dropped the ball.’ This was a direct attack on a free press and free speech. The journalist’s investigations have been vindicated. The Met is meant to protect a free press and free speech. Instead, it’s the threat.
Activist: "Your cows are putting carbon into the atmosphere."
Farmer: "Where did they get it?"
Activist: "What?"
Farmer: "The carbon. Where did the cow get it before it put it anywhere."
Activist: "From... eating?"
Farmer: "From eating grass. And where did the grass get it."
Activist: "The soil?"
Farmer: "The air. The grass pulled it out of the air last spring. The cow ate the grass. The cow breathed some of it back out. It went back into the air it came from."
Activist: "But it's still going into the atmosphere."
Farmer: "It's going back. There's a difference between a thing going somewhere and a thing going back. You've described a circle and you're frightened of it."
Activist: "Then just don't have the cow."
Farmer: "The grass still dies in autumn. It rots where it falls. The carbon goes back into the air either way, just without anyone getting fed in the middle."
Activist: "It's not that simple."
Farmer: "It's grass, cow, breath, grass. Or it's grass, rot, air, grass. Same circle, fewer dinners. If that's complicated for you I'd stay away from the water cycle. That one's got clouds in it."
In Japan, children leave their school bags unattended and nothing happens.
In 2026 London, you can have your phone snatched straight out of your hand while using it.
That’s the difference between a high trust society and a lawless one.
We should be asking why, and what Japan is doing right, instead of pretending everything here is fine.
🚨🌎 Climate Change Narrative destroyed
“Co2 is good for the planet”
“I realised that if the government believed there was a pending catastrophe - they would heighten energy and food security and start preparing - they are not”
“You were radicalised when you were going through your education”
“A recent study shows there is a limit the amount of heat that CO2 can trap, and we are already at 99% saturation point”
“I was taught that wasn’t going to be enough food for future generations, I was looking at different countries live that wouldn’t be underwater”
But the top 1% of UK taxpayers now pay 33% of all income tax Everyone screaming tax the rich, but let that sink in That’s just 500,000 people contributing £93.8 BILLION in the 2024 tax year
A £150k earner pays £53,460 in tax
A £25k earner pays £2,486
It takes 21 people on £25k to contribute what one person on £150k does
So when Labour talk about ‘making the rich pay their fair share’, they already are
Keep hammering high earners, entrepreneurs & business owners, & they’ll KEEP leaving
Dubai, Monaco, Portugal are all rolling out the red carpet
And the budget looks like it will only get worse The UK doesn’t need higher taxes, it needs spending wastage cut, better incentives to build & invest & a full cultural shift AWAY from the politics of envy
“Islamophobia is an invention of Islamists… It’s not about tackling anti-Muslim prejudice. It’s designed to pathologise and stigmatise any criticism of the Islamic world.”
"This is now a country where 28 million private sector workers are expected to support nine million who are economically inactive, six million public sector staff and 13 million state pensioners."

In central Birkenhead, a staggering 51 per cent are on out of work benefits. A third (!) are on sickness benefit.
Fixing this (and places like it) will restore UK to growth - and give Starmer all the money he needs for defence..

We all know that @bbcnews put on a documentary that was fronted by the son of a senior Hamas official. The BBC was caught, took it down - and had its reputation shattered.
So now I want to talk about @Channel4News
