Hey @Frigidaire unacceptable encounter with support, about a brand new microwave. only option is buy back so I'm just out any delivery or installation fees I paid for this. I just want it replaced and installed.. support logged the case and told me to call back in a few days.

@ArloSmartHome not sure if you can help. I called support and got no where. I have two solar panels for my setup. I have a bad panel any camera connected to it goes offline..

It is 100% the panel. It is however just over a year old and out of support. But my issue is I've had two of these and this is the second one to die with the same behavior. So I have a 100% failure rate for this product.
