Derrick- this entire situation is fluid. You have an armed suspect sending rounds down towards officers- one officer is struck and goes down- crawls away and dies. The other officer takes cover- see other officer is down looks from cover on the right side. The civilian, instead of running away, comes from the left side of cover in officers blind spot- officer turns- sees figure- absolutely could be the shooter in that situation- (and shooter does end up doing that exactly soon after) and officer shoots. Sucks but this isn’t a movie- this all falls on the bad guy

Well you take a risk when you rent an apartment and take the $2,350.00 NYC Human Resource voucher because you know it’s guaranteed to be paid. Even during eviction they still got paid. From March 1 2024 to today- $63,450.00. That sum minus $70,000 puts them at -$6,550.
Now there are property taxes and income expenses but this is the gamble you took.
This happens all the time- housing court is a joke- and you will go broke
