Only that way will people trust in European rail as a reliable travel option.

1/ I was due to travel from Brussels to Soissons via Paris (@Eurostar + @TERHDF, bought on @SNCFConnect). TER cancelled its leg, so the trip no longer makes sense. I cancelled everything and asked for a refund.

@Eurostar @sncf_voyageurs @SNCFConnect @TERHDF @SNCFVoyageurs 7/ In any case, this clearly shows structural issues with the way sellers and operators manage cancellations and reimbursements.

The burden is on the passenger to jump through hoops, not on the seller to proactively return the money for a service they sell and don’t provide.
