We are likely at the point of maximum R/R for the year. The downtrend that started last October is clearly over, and the refusal of majors to break down on CLARITY failure plus rate hike means we’re probably not getting a chance to buy lower before the next leg up.

The Big Sunday Report: All We Need to Know

TA / LCA / Psychological Breakdown: Something historic is happening! Friends, last week I showed you the chart with the MA50 Weekly and made one thing very clear: I did not agree with the idea that this moving average should be treated like some magical resistance that cannot be broken, unlike many on X who kept saying that we are going to crash towards 50s. I compared the current structure with 2022–2023, because back then Bitcoin also did not break it on the first try. It took several attempts, it trapped the bears, and then it broke out above it. Now look at this week’s chart: Bitcoin has done exactly what I was speaking about. The market managed to push above the MA50 Weekly, which on the chart is sitting around $78,700, and at the time of writing Bitcoin is trading around $80,375, making a weekly close above that area look very likely if price holds into the close.

So my question to everyone who kept calling the MA50 Weekly an unbreakable resistance is very simple: what exactly were you looking at, if history had already shown you that multiple rejections around the MA50 can still end in a breakout, and are you ignoring this breakout as well?

The recent bear trap adds another similarity to 2022–2023! Same rejections, for 3-4 Weeks followed by a shakeout, then a recovery above the moving average and breakout above the MA50 Weekly, exactly of what is happening right now! Bears interpreted weakness as confirmation of another collapse, but the market reversed. I see the same broader transition! This is why I consider the MA50, Weekly, MA200 Weekly, on-chain signals and the wider structure together, rather than judging the entire market, and the overall picture is very bullish and confirms to me that the bear market is over.

Bitcoin remains within the $71K–$82K range, and a breakout above the $82,500–$83K region remains the stronger confirmation. However, the breakout above the MA50 Weekly tells us that we can expect the $82K–$83K breakout to happen in the coming days! This is why today’s weekly close should be above the MA50 Weekly, which is currently at $78,700! A close above it would also confirm the start of a bull market for me! One thing to keep in mind: of the seven times Bitcoin broke below the MA50 Weekly and then reclaimed it, five marked the start of a bull market, while two turned out to be traps, once in 2011, when BTC had virtually no liquidity, and once in 2020 during the COVID crash. Overall, reclaiming the MA50 Weekly has usually signaled the start of a bull run, especially after an exhausting bear market.

My strategy stays unchanged: holding spot and targeting $88K after the remaining resistance breaks. The Galactic Three are escalating since buying and only the house of premium is benefiting from those. CRCL is almost up 50%, and COIN and ETH performing very strong. I am planning to expand my investments in some times to other sectors, and I urge everyone to join as most content remains for premium only and I am aiming to invest into a new and different sector and it will be premium exclusive only.
