Need writing help! Middle of act 2, character leaves one important location for a second but i’m having trouble moving him and starting new life with new characters. How do you handle this kind of transition? Good examples?

@pauletteperhach Moved to Montana for school at 20. Parents drove me cross country from Michigan. Arrived at the end of fire season in the hottest august on record. Moved into my new apt. No internet, mountains still smoldering, no friends as mom/dad left the valley for home
Being in a committed relationship in your mid-30s is basically just acting as the buffer between your partner and their families when they start traumatizing each other at dinner.
stop thinking right-wing online conspiracy theorists are working “from their mom’s basement.” The ones in their moms basements are the ones huddled there by the pandemic while the nazis are out in the community selling you tires, time shares and teaching kids
@_robarnold Realizing now I actually read Ishiguro’s the buried giant some years ago but was told it was such a departure for him it’s like it was a different author
Turns out marketing copywriting is just coming up with a lot of clever puns and innuendo. I’ve been training for this since 2001 when I decided my punk rock Bar Mitzvah theme would be “Mosh with Josh.”
