A nosotros nos está yendo muy bien con la arquitectura hexagonal + agentic development, el equipo ha hecho un buen trabajo en crear “skills” para que los agentes sigan los patrones, tenemos skills para la capa de persistencia, APIs .. pero la arquitectura ya estaba cuando empezamos a usar AI para desarollo!

No lo tengo claro! Según avanzamos a un modelo fully agentic de desarrollo, los ciclos de TDD son muy pequeños, testing es interesante porque ayuda a validar el código generado, pero todo está cambiando muy rápido. exactly. speed to $1M ARR is misleading and often signals how easily a competitor can come in. it prioritizes short term wins over longer term growth potential and sustainability. more focus should be on building something defensible and scaling beyond early stages

@elbasti Very accurate. if you look forward, it seems far and hard, but if you look back, it is very satisfying to see how much you can achieve in relatively short periods, which kind of motivates you to keep going. It is addictive anda roller coaster 🎢
