Cases finally arrive after 1 hour. Then we are held in another stationary queue, with no information, trying to get out into the arrivals area. Hopeless hopeless BHX
@bhx_official Why is the passenger experience at BHX so awful? Flight landed 10 minutes early. Took nearly 15 minutes for stairs to be connected with the plane. Then 50 minutes wait and the baggage hall belt is yet to even move. Last time I use this airport

@HMRCcustomers Hopefully you do not mean the HMRC digital assistant. This is not working. It states “Sorry, there’s a problem with this service. Refresh the page to try again.” I’ve tried 5 times. Still not working

@HMRCcustomers Furthermore, the HMRC Digital Assistant is not working. There are numerous options and help for paying unpaid tax. In contrast it feels as though recovering overpaid is made extremely difficult! Please kindly help me. Contacting HMRC via X is a last resort
@HMRCcustomers Hi. I submitted my self assessment for 2024-25 in May. I am owed a tax refund. I submitted a request a refund on 4th Sept. No reply or refund. I submitted a further request a refund on 25 November. No reply or refund. I just tried telephone HMRC but unable to help with refunds!
@CompareBcover purchased European Breakdown cover from this company. After 24hrs still no policy documentation. Not in spam. No phone number to call. Live chat doesn’t work. Nothing. Worried that this company is a scam. Calling my CC to cancel the payment. Very disappointed
@EmiratesSupport@emirates My Emirates flight has also been cancelled. Whilst the floods are not the fault of Emirates, I have received zero contact, emails, messages from them despite having booked my business class flights directly. Last time I ever fly with Emirates.
