@OrganizerMemes Those types like that he’s an asshole conspiracist who angers people they enjoy watching squirm. They’ll claim it’s targeted policy alignment, but no, it’s sadism alignment. Despite the aural similarity, populism really has nothing to do with whether or not anything is popular
We dehumanize others because it makes our cruelties against them feel less shameful. Of course, we could simply be less cruel, question & critique our worst instincts despite knowing we’ll fail at times.
But that’s not as fun & doesn’t get as many clicks for streamers, does it?
I’m not a fan of metaphoric language that casually dehumanizes people, whether that be calling them NPCs or cattle, even when they disagree with me or act in ways I find disagreeable :)
@JohnnyPHreak Calling me cute does make me more likely to divulge things… (and a prime example of why I’d be a terrible spy. Good cop, bad cop, flirty cop, and I’d fold) ^.^
like a guy who wants you to step on his balls both for the pain of it and to watch you hesitate, to see if he can slowly (consensually, of course) corrupt you into truly enjoying and yearning for this
Not my thing, but wouldn’t that simply be fascinating? Like what a fun quirk
Remember everyone: to be cucked is to be submissive, but to slut your partner out is to be dominant! Fundamentally different fantasies with similar-seeming expressions. Ain’t that fascinating?
My new Tangent "Eyes Wide Shut" discusses the 1999 erotic thriller, conspiracy theories, reefer madness, cuckoldry, Arthur Schnitzler, the Epstein files, and the only theoretical framework that can make sense of contemporary politics: Jungian dream analysis. Up now on Patreon.
Like conceptualize this: a sadistic masochist who enjoys not merely experiencing pain but inflicting discomfort on a non-sadist they have convinced to play the role of the sadist in a scene
Fascinating coming from Cruz, who, if sincere (big if, I know), should maybe confront his fellow members of the Texas GOP and the reprehensible things they say about us, including in their past two state platforms :)
