@BHTheMessiah Why spend money on an investigation? Everyone knows it's to do with the reliability of the trains and their software. Sure, you could punish the companies that supplied the systems but is that a good idea when they are the people that will be needed to help fix it?

Anyone in the London area suffering Virgin Media problems I suggest switching to Community Fibre. I switched a month ago and it's much more reliable, plus 940mbps up and download speeds for £27 a month
