@CCSparkman @JoannaNoBanana 2/2 But it’s so diet contingent, and does really rely on me watching my histamine and histamine-releasing food intake. I say that even though I have ACD and my now-problem spots get scratched until they bleed every so often.
@CCSparkman @JoannaNoBanana 1/ Oh yes! This used to happen to me more when I was a kid and my allergies were severely mismanaged. If I’m good about watching all my types of allergies—eggs is one for me, too—that doesn’t happen as much.
@JoannaNoBanana Yes—my diet and environment aren’t under control right now because we had a house emergency that sent us to a hotel for two weeks and now I still don’t have a functioning kitchen to prepare my own meals.
@JoannaNoBanana Yes—that’s how I often feel with exercise-induced sweating. The other sweating I’m referring to happens when I’m having a bad skin flare; I sweat for no reason and it’s rather painful.
@MatthewVetter @SarahEMC2 I’ve also never seen it written, more so spoken, but when I was typing my reply, this spelling made more sense. It’s like the measurement of tiredness.
@HollyEvanMarie I sooo relate to this. I would much rather take an exam after each text, just because my anxiety has jumbled them all up and now I know nothing 🤯🤯
