@dyllyp Robert Griffin wants to live in a world where he is perpetually corny and nobody is allowed to call him out on it and I, for one, will not have you killing the man’s dream.
@KevOnStage In hindsight, I'd much rather have watched an angry US team play with a chip on their shoulder and with less pressure on them minus one of their best players than what we witnessed last night. But I think we'd have lost either way.
@EdenIsBurnt The thoughts of this American is I think Trump continues to grossly overstate his influence. But his claims warrant an investigation. If he was found to influence this decision in any way, we should be eliminated from the World Cup. But we don't have evidence this is true yet.
@ZoeJardiniere No. We think the backlash is evidence of us at least being good enough to get upset about. Our immoral, wannabe gangster president is another problem entirely.
@MaMoMVPY I guess my question is, as with anything Trump claims, is it true? If it is, then I will accept the punishment we deserve. But we do know Trump is a pathological liar, right? We need more evidence than his big mouth.
@piersmorgan I think the rule is stupid. But I also believe rules should be applied fairly and equally. The idea that our president influenced this decision is disgusting. But that’s Trump for ya. No honor. No respect for institutions or rules. He’s a pig.
@AyooTexanNation I think this is a lesson that whenever your offense is an afterthought, you never really have a shot. Offense doesn’t have to be our strength but it needs to be serious. I just can’t put all that on CJ. But he’s got to figure it out and the time is now.
@realMaalouf It’s funny all the people who will post stuff like this and also say it was an inside job. I find it helpful to remember the 1.5 billion Muslims who had nothing to do with it.
@columtyrrell Well it is a joke but what is the joke? That grattitude is lame? Or that he's just a bitter old man? I'm not sure what to laugh at but I did chuckle.
@japan_nobunaga That’s absolutely real. In the US l, we tend to want states to be as autonomous as possible while keeping the federal government small. This is especially true of conservatives. So there is a lot that changes from state to state.
