@AlaskaAir our flight home was cancelled and rebooked on a different day with an additional 5 hour travel time. Not eligible to make changes online. Called 6 hours ago and still haven’t received a call back. Terrible customer service.

@Delta ZERO service - 5 hr on the tarmac (loss of fuel/catering delay/crew change) and a cancelled flight - Delta doing nothing to assist.

Rep restarts the internet, results in lost connection, and then offers to fix the issue for a $100 customer service fee - #comcast terrible
