If you've read this far, thank you. I'm running out of time, money, and hope.
Please help.
Thank you.
I need help.
I'm still looking for a web developer/software developer/software engineer/web engineer position. I would prefer that it be a full-time, permanent role, but at this point, I'll take contract work. I can do remote work or hybrid/on-site work in Austin.
- Connections to people who know about jobs that are not on job boards. I'm tired of competing against hundreds if not thousands of applicants for the same roles. I need a fast track to gainful employment, and I need it yesterday.
Thank you all again for supporting me not only in my journey through games but in this new career path as well.
(TL;DR: After my last 2 full-time contracts were cut short, I've decided to leave the games industry and start a new career path in software/web development.)

Howdy, folks!
I know it's been a while since I've made any posts on here, so I figured I'd take the time to catch everyone up on what's been going on in my world.

Ultimately, I got to a point where I had to decide what was best for me in my current season of life, and right now, I believe that the door to a career in games is closed and that this new path has opened up.

Howdy, folks! I'm a technical sound designer looking for full-time work. I build innovative audio systems that bring aural landscapes to life. I have expertise in FMOD Studio, Wwise, Unity, and Unreal Engine 4. You can see and hear my work at https://t.co/lev805Pfo8. Thanks!
@javierabegazo It’s been a struggle to get past sound tests and the occasional interview that I get, which is great that I’m getting to that stage, but it feels like I’m always hitting a wall and just not able to get past it without knowing how to actually get past it.
