Could not be more disappointed in @SunCountryAir - delayed our flight to Cancun 3 times, before rescheduling it to the next day, only for us to wake up and find it was cancelled. Trip ruined, wedding ruined. The airline has been EXTREMELY unhelpful and reps have been rude.

Valley International Airport in Harlingen reps admitted to me over the phone that they were told yesterday that the flight was cancelled, not postponed. @SunCountryAir knew that this flight was never going to leave and lied to get out of compensating people

@chrismanfrank In 2013 I spent 8 months trying to convince various doctors I had gallstones. Brushed off as GERD bc symptoms didn’t “all” line up with gallstones. “Eat better.” Finally requested an ultrasound, which I was told wouldn’t reveal anything. Two giant stones.
