Tonight, Union Station features a special lighting display welcoming the teams and fans ahead of Friday's NCAA Midwest Regional games and congratulating Kansas State on advancing to the Elite Eight after their win tonight at Madison Square Garden. With tonight's welcome and celebration, our exterior lighting is currently rotating in the colors of Houston, Miami, Texas, Xavier and Kansas State.

On Friday, the evening will begin with lighting rotating in Houston, Miami, Texas and Xavier team colors and will end the evening with the colors of the two remaining teams. Those team colors will remain on the building Saturday and Sunday night, switching later Sunday to feature the colors of the Midwest Region team advancing to the Final Four.

A student is out of control in school. Teachers and staff notice this and report it up the ladder. The parent is unsupportive of more services and the school won't unilaterally remove the student without that support. The student then attacks an injures someone. Who is at fault?
