I’m currently on leave due to some health problems. And it’s infuriating that that the information on how to jump through hoops for the state short term disability insurance stuff, caregiving & nutrition services is disjointed.

@rleggos @Lisa_H_ couldn’t say it better. My team is comprised of 40% women. Pagerduty execs are serious about hiring diverse talent and it shows with the engineering and management diversity. Highly recommend applying to Pagerduty :)

@amyngyn I agree but because of our ‘disadvantages’, ie being short & somewhat being weaker play in our favor in the long run. We have 2 focus on technique & footwork, while strong/tall guys rely on whats given to them. It works but not if ur breaking higher grades
